Wacom:
$200, comes with PS Elements, Corel Painter Essentials, Nik Color Efex Pro 3.0 WE3 filters, free Shutterfly album, free CafePress account.
Pros: It’s a fucking Wacom tablet, do I need to say anything else?
Cons: I don’t have the Creative Suite yet, but I can torrent it; tablet is mainly for hobby purposes, and thus maybe not worth the money
